Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed within 24hrs (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Sometimes due to high volume of orders it may take up to 48 hrs after your order confirmation email to process. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to all 49 continental States including Alaska. 

International Shipping

At this time we only offer domestic shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kickbackeye@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit (if requested).

  • To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and with their original packaging
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Returns that have been started but haven't been dropped off or shipped within 30 days will expire and you will no longer be able to complete the return
  • Final sale: Please note, items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Buy 1 Get 1 FREE: If you wish to return any of the items within the buy 2 get 1 free offer, you must also return the free item to receive a full refund. 


Mail-in Returns:
You will be provided a pre-paid USPS label to send in your return. Print the prepaid shipping label provided and mail in your items. Store credit returns* are free, and refunds to your original form of payment include a $5 shipping label fee.

Processing:
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

* If you have chosen to receive store credit, please note that you will not be able to later choose to be refunded to the original payment method.
