When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed.

How much is shipping?

Orders from $0 - $49.99 ship for $5.00

Orders $50 or more ship FREE

How can i track my order?

We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check your order status and tracking by logging in to your account here.

What company do you use to ship?

We use the most economical shipping rates possible therefore shipping will be decided on an orderly basis.

Will you ship to a P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we offer USPS standard shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Can I pay for quicker shipping?

We offer standard shipping for $5 and priority shipping rates are determined by shipping company at checkout. If you order this service on Friday-Sunday, your order will be shipped out the next business day which is Monday. 

*Note - Once you place your order you can not change your shipping selection.

What is Kickback Eyewear's return policy?

Kickback offers a 30-day return policy. If a person returns a product, it must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. However, the following products are not eligible for returns: closeout products. special release products. collaboration products. Read our full return policy here.

How log will it take to receive my refund?

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of being delivered. After your return has been processed it will typically take 2-5 days for the funds to show on your bank statement.

Do Kickback sunglasses have UV protection?

Yes, all of our sunglasses use UV400 lenns.

Can I edit my order?

The answer is yes if your order has not shipped. Please contact support ASAP @ kickbackeye@gmail.com

If your order has already been shipped, we are sorry, but we will not be able to update your order.

I accidentally typed the wrong mailing address. Can you fix this?

Please contact us with the correct address by emailing kickbackeye@gmail.com ASAP. Make sure to give us your order number and the correct shipping address. But hurry, if the item has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
